The Podium difference

Our proprietary design software identifies issues before they arise and enables more automation, transparency, and quality.

Speed

Faster is better

For us, speed and quality go hand-in-hand. Our software means more consistency, better quality-control and proactive problem-solving.

Quality

Machine-augmented. Human verified.

From CNC machining to automated wire processing, we take variability and error out of the equation.
All overseen and QA’d by our UL-certified team.

Transparency

More delivery.
Fewer surprises.

Our software layer also helps us manage our supply chain and track the build process, so you know exactly where your control panel is.

Our automated panel factory cuts time, not corners.

Podium Automation engineers discussing an open control panel with an Allen-Bradley PowerFlex drive, circuit breakers, and a connected laptop.
“In the time that it took our previous panel builder to turn around a quote to start design, Podium had already fully designed the panel and provided suggestions for cost optimization. Podium is delivering speed, quality, and cost efficiency that is a new benchmark for the panel building industry.”

You can use our intake form or send us an email at hello@podiumautomation.com to get a quote. Once the quote is accepted with a purchase order, we get started on your design or build right away.

Our first automated panel factory is co-located with Podium's HQ in Brooklyn, NY. We are building new factories in the US that will be announced soon.

You can fill out our intake form with information about your application and attach any relevant drawings. After filling out the intake form, feel free to schedule time with one of our technical experts or contact us at hello@podiumautomation.com.

Our flat design fee covers full panel layout, electrical schematic, and final bill of material preparation. Once complete, you'll have an opportunity to review the drawings and request revisions. Our design fee includes 2 drawing revisions.

Once a drawing is complete, you own the design and have the choice to order the cabinet build directly through Podium, or to take that design to an in-house team or any external panel shop of your choosing.

We offer a flat-fee price for designs and will send you a custom quote for build in about a day. The price of a panel includes all materials, assembly, and quality testing.

Before any panel ships, we do a point to point test for continuity, confirm that the built panel matches customer-approved drawings, and do a full power-on test conducted by a UL Manufacturer Technical Representative.

We accept credit card or ACH payments for design fees, due upon order confirmation. For panel builds, we require a 50% down payment and the remaining 50% is due upon shipping.
